At Pinnaculum Veritatis Group (PVG), our mission is to bridge strategy and execution to help purpose-driven organizations transform intentions into tangible results. We are a Toronto-based consulting firm specializing in strategic project and program management, customer experience design, and digital transformation for public sector, infrastructure, and nonprofit teams.

CEO and Principal Consultant
I’m Diandra Barrett, the founder and driving force behind Pinnaculum Veritatis Group (PVG). I started PVG with a simple but powerful mission: to help organizations transform intentions into tangible results through strategic project management, capacity building, and community development consulting.

With over 13 years of experience leading transformational initiatives, I am a seasoned project and program manager. As a certified PMP and PSM-I with a Master’s in Development Studies, I bring a rare blend of strategic thinking, community insight, and technical delivery expertise. My work spans diverse sectors and borders, with experience in Canada, Jamaica, and the United States. This track record is united by a deep commitment to equity, impact, and lasting value.

At PVG, I personally guide every engagement—from project initiation and planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring that each solution is tailored to your needs. While PVG is currently a boutique consultancy, I collaborate with a trusted network of industry experts when projects call for expanded capabilities. This approach allows me to keep services flexible, client-focused, and results-driven while ensuring you always receive top-tier expertise.
